Forest Fruit Muffin Recipe

I make muffins pretty often because they are so easy and quick to do, and I like to have some home-made sweets to bite after dinner. From all muffin recipes I shared with you so far, this one is definitely the most simple and takes 10 minutes to prepare. Try this recipe with blueberries , it’s actually even better. I use forest fruits because that’s all I can find off-season.

2 cups of fresh or frozen forest fruits or blueberries
2 eggs
2 cup of all-purpose flour
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Składniki

2 szklanki świeżych lub zamrożonych owoców leśnych lub jagód 
2 jajka 
2 szklanki mąki 
3/4 szklanki cukru 
1/2 szklanki mleka 
1/4 szklanki masła 
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia 
1 łyżeczka wanilii 
1/2 łyżeczki soli

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350F.

2. In a large bowl combine butter, eggs, salt and sugar.

3. In a separate bowl combine baking powder and flour. Then add the mixture from the large bowl, alternating with milk, until mixed together. Do not overmix.

4. Add vanilla and fruits.

5. Fill 2/3 of each muffin cup. Bake until browned, and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Instrukcje

1. Rozgrzej piekarnik do 180°C.

2. W dużej misce połącz ze sobą masło, jajka, sól i cukier.

3. W osobnej misce zmieszaj proszek do pieczenia z mąką. Następnie dodaj mieszaninę z dużej miski, na przemian z mlekiem, aż wszystko się ze sobą połączy. 

4. Dodaj wanilię i owoce.

This is how your mixture will most probably look. But don’t worry, the muffins will be tasty.

Tak najprawdopodobniej będzie wyglądała mikstura. Nie martw się jednak, bo muffinki będą pyszne.
